Eight questions. What you write is read by your facilitator and nobody else. Not your officer, not your school, not your family, and not in any report. Three of these you do not write down at all.

Nobody reads this one. What are you still waiting for from somebody in your family?
What does your life look like if it never comes? Write it honestly, not bitter, just honestly.
Can you hold somebody responsible and understand them at the same time?
- A No, you have to pick one.
- B Yes, and most people think they have to pick, which is why they stay stuck.
- C Only if they apologize.
- D Only for small things.
What do you know about what happened to the parent you understand least, when they were your age? If you do not know, write who you could ask.
One thing you are going to do differently than your family does it. Write what it will cost the first time it comes up.
Nobody reads this one. Who is the call you have not made, and what are you actually waiting for?
Joseph told his brothers you meant it for evil, but God meant it for good. What is he doing in that sentence?
- A Saying it was not that bad.
- B Naming exactly what they did, refusing to pretend, and still being the one who feeds them.
- C Getting back at them quietly.
- D Saying God made them do it.
Nobody reads this one. If you had all the power in the room with the person who hurt you most, what would you actually do?
