Week 17 · Lesson 1
The Work
Eight questions. What you write is read by your facilitator and nobody else. Not your officer, not your school, not your family, and not in any report. Two of these you do not write down at all.
Week 17 of 23 · Decision Making and Emotional Awareness
The last decision you could not explain the next morning. Write it, and write what state you were in.
What question comes before what should I do?
- A What do I want.
- B What am I right now.
- C Who is watching.
- D What is the fastest option.
Which state is described as being behind more damage than anger?
- A Tired.
- B Embarrassed.
- C Hungry.
- D Bored.
Which of the four states is most dangerous for you? Write the actual rule you are going to have for it.
Nobody reads this one. What happens in your head between eleven at night and three in the morning?
Same offer at two in the afternoon and at eleven at night. Write about a time the time of day made the decision for you.
In the garden Jesus said He was crushed, asked to be let out of it three times, and then chose. What does the order teach?
- A That He almost quit.
- B That feeling all of it, naming it out loud, and then choosing is strength, not the opposite.
- C That God ignored Him.
- D That He should have kept it to Himself.
Nobody reads this one. He told His friends how bad it was before He decided anything. Who could you say something true to before your next hard decision?
Nothing you write here goes to your officer, your school or your family.
