Why this exists

A lot of young men become fathers before anybody taught them what one is. Some are parenting through glass, or with a probation officer watching, or while still fighting their own demons at twenty years old.

This is not a parenting class. It is eight modules on what a man carries, what he passes on without meaning to, and what he can decide to stop.

You do not have to become the man who hurt you. But if you do not deal with your hurt, you will pass it on.

What it covers

  1. The mirror does not lie. Trauma, triggers and truth. Write the letter to your own father. Learn what a trigger feels like in your body before it runs you.
  2. Provider to protector. Street survival and home survival are not the same hustle. One taught you suspicion. Your child needs your tenderness.
  3. Breaking family curses. Map the family tree. Who ran, who worked, who showed up. Then decide what you pass on and what stops with you.
  4. Parenting in the fire. The five hardest things about being a father right now, and real solutions for each one.
  5. Masculinity and love. Whether strong means holding back tears or being able to say it first.
  6. Money and responsibility. If your child had your choices, would you wish them the same life? Freedom is the best inheritance you can leave.
  7. The right to start again. Forgiving yourself, and what it takes to ask for it from somebody else.
  8. Brotherhood. Find the man you can call before you need to call him.

How it runs

Every module ends with one action step, one honest check in and one raw reflection, brought back to the group the following week. Each week a father who has been through it tells the group his lowest moment and what he did next.

The commitment we ask for

I am here because I want to be the last broken branch in my family tree.

Next step

If you are a young father, or you work with them, start with a call and we will tell you when the next group runs.
